Coconut is a peer-to-peer ticket transfer app. This site exists to tell you about it and, if you want, to keep you posted by email. Here is exactly what we collect and what we do with it. No fine-print games.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you type it into a signup form on this site. That is the only personal information we ask for.
• Basic signup context, like which form you used and when, so we know what you signed up for.
• Demo access logs. If we send you a walkthrough demo link, we record when that link is opened so we know the demo reached you.
• Feedback you choose to send through our feedback form.

We do not run ads, we do not use tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party analytics on this site.

What we use it for

• Sending you the thing you asked for: launch updates and the walkthrough demo.
• Understanding feedback so we can build a better product.

That is it. We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone for their marketing.

Who touches the data

A few services we use to run this site process your email on our behalf:

• Supabase stores our signup list.
• Resend delivers our emails.
• Vercel hosts the site and Cloudflare handles our domain and bot protection.

Getting off the list

Every email we send includes a way to opt out. You can also just reply to any of our emails, or write to ashton@downloadcoconut.com, and we will remove you and delete your email address.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we have stored about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email to ashton@downloadcoconut.com does it, and we will act on it promptly.

A few more things

• This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
• We keep signup data only as long as it is useful for the launch. When it is not, it gets deleted.
• If we ever change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update this page and the date at the top.
